Day 1

After picking up your baguettes and croissants at the campsite restaurant for a delicious breakfast, set off to explore Pont en Royans and its houses hanging from the cliffs. For lunch, head to MKM Food Burger, renowned for its best burgers in the region, or opt for a picnic by the river while admiring the village. In the afternoon, cool off with a visit to the G rotte de Choranche , whose guided tour lasts on average 1h30, offering a breathtaking view of the site.

Day 2

Discover the Ambel Plateau during a day of exploration. This plateau, accessible to all, including pets, offers hikes from 2 to 5 hours. The most daring can climb the Roc de Toulau, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the Vercors, the Drôme valley and the Diois. Nature lovers can spot deer, does, chamois and various birds of prey, while the highlight of this adventure is the Scialet des 4 gorges . At the end of the afternoon, return quietly to the campsite to enjoy the large swimming pool.

Day 3

It's a day of rest, ideal for enjoying the campsite and its many activities: pétanque and molkky competitions, ping-pong, basketball and football. We picnic by the river, swim in the pool, then settle down on a deckchair near the waterfall to recharge our batteries. At the end of the day, we go to Charles' guinguette, where there is a friendly atmosphere and enriching encounters. We can eat on site without worrying about anything, for a truly relaxing day.

Journée 4 

Let's go and discover the most beautiful roads in the Vercors. Start with the famous Route de Combe-Laval which will undoubtedly take your breath away, you can stop for a drink at the Le Quartier Libre hotel , a pleasant cooperative where it is good to eat, have a drink, then continue your journey towards Font-d'Urle. Admire the tall, beautiful and majestic fir trees of the Vercors along the road, the ideal place for beautiful nature photos. Then head towards the Vassieux en Vercors plateau. On site it is the cultural break with the resistance memorial which traces the history of the Vercors during the Second World War. Then continue your journey to La Chapelle en Vercors. For beer lovers it will be essential to visit the Slalom brewery , finally return through the tunnel of the Grands Goulets and É chevis: you will find a producer of local and fresh trout there.

Day 5

Enjoy a relaxing experience on the paddle steamer sailing along the Isère, where you will be accompanied by a guide to explore the local flora and fauna. The paddle steamer will take you to visit the Jardin des Fontaines Prétifiantes , where you can admire the magic created by the abundance of limestone present in our region. Then, the boat will take you back to your starting point. In the afternoon, relax at the Cascade Blanche, you can gently go up to the Cascade Verte by the river. You can also explore Combe-Laval, Cholet with its clear and refreshing waters, cross the Pont des Chartreux to learn more about its history, or visit the Monastère de Combe Laval.

Day 6

On this day, you can participate in various activities: take the magnificent road of the Gorges de la Bourne to reach Villard de Lans, a winter and summer resort. Visit Saint Jean en Royans to introduce the Arbre à fil to the youngest members of the family. Don't miss the opportunity to enrich your culture by exploring the different exhibitions at the Artsolite.
